Being a working mom, I have limited time to spend at the gym exercising and all of my workouts had to be time efficient. My basic fitness goals were to loose 10 pounds and tone those areas that should not be giggling like “Jello” (stomach, butt, inner thighs, and under the upper arm). Kelly took my goals and lifestyle into consideration and designed me individualized fitness and nutritional programs that made the most of my time. With going to the gym three to four times a week for one hour, I have lost over 11 pounds and my body has tone and definition.
The results I have seen in my energy level, balance, health, and appearance are amazing. I’m so impressed with Kelly’s extensive training knowledge, dedication to her work, and enthusiasm for wanting me to have the best results possible. She is a person who truly cares about her work and the people she is training.

Kelly has been my personal trainer for 2 months. Kelly designs a nutrition plan just for you and incorporates the healthy foods you like to eat throughout the day. On days that you aren’t being trained by Kelly, she will provide an exercise plan designed just for you! Kelly has even incorporated a work out plan designed to support an injured knee that I have had since being an NFL cheerleader.Since working out with Kelly, I have lost more than an inch around my waist, firmed my glutes, become much stronger, gone down a dress size, and lost 5 pounds. I have always enjoyed the benefits of being fit. I have run four marathons, play tennis, swim, ski, practice yoga and, pilate. I have spent years working out in gyms, on my own and with trainers. My goal is not to win a race or a match, I simply enjoy how I look and feel when I am fit while having some fun with my friends and family especially with my girls, that is my goal. A couple of years ago I was training for a marathon while in the outer banks I was running along a beach road and heard the voice of my daughter from the dunes say with such pride “that’s my mom” I looked over to see her little silhouette pointing me out to her playmate, the thought of that moment still makes my heart sing. I thought I would never work out with a trainer again I just never seemed to get the results that I seem to be striving for, then I was introduced to Kelly by a friend...and decided to give a personal trainer one more try and I am so happy that I did!
Kelly brings with her to the gym a wealth of knowledge, positive energy that she so well communicates to her clients. Kelly is helping me to achieve my personal fitness goals with gentle encouragement, enthusiasm and support with a total body mind approach to diet and exercise. I have attained results more quickly with her training than with any other program or trainer I have ever used.
A wise teacher teaches by example, Kelly is a wise teacher. I would not only recommend her as a personal trainer I would encourage anyone to train with her, she simply is the best trainer I have ever worked with and the only one I would encourage my friends or family to use.

My wife and I have engaged Kelly Gonzalez as our twice-a-week personal trainer for the past eight weeks with commendable results. Each of us has a separate one-half hour workout since my wife is younger and much more active (horses, profession, health nut) while at 77 my activity is confined to two hours of semi-rigorous doubles tennis. For the rest of the time I exhibit accomplished lethargy.
My workout is a fast-moving, constantly changing routine for greater strength, agility, balance, and range of motion. Particularly appreciated is her full explanation of what is being done and why. Also assuring is her ability to judge my limits and make certain that I am not overworked, but still pushed to the point where solid progress is obtained.
To date, in addition to a demonstrable increase in strength and endurance (e.g., shoveling snow), my tennis has improved – get to drop shots quicker – and have greater confidence in my on-court stability so that I can make quicker changes in direction with the comforting thought that my feet and body are moving in unison and I don’t become a projectile hurdling in the wrong direction.
