Hybrid training with Kelly’s 360° Approach to a Healthy Lifestyle provides you with the tools and resources you need to change your life for the better. Fit-In-Fitness Hybrid Training gets you completely set up on a monthly program, allows you to workout on your own, but holds you accountable to get results.

Kelly Gonzalez's 360° Approach to a Healthy Lifestyle Hybrid Training includes:

  • Initial consultation to discuss your goals

  • Medical and lifestyle assessment

  • 1 private 60-minute personal training session to set you up on a monthly fitness program

  • Body composition and physical fitness assessments (body fat testing, girth measurements, strength endurance, cardiorespiratory assessment) performed before private session (approximately 20 minutes)

  • 3-day food log and dietary analysis

  • Nutrition recommendations

  • Meal plan complete with caloric target and dietary breakdown of protein, fat, and carbohydrates per meal

  • Grocery list

  • Weekly emails/phone calls to check progress and make any necessary adjustments

  • 4 week follow-up consultation
