Sustainable positive change and radiant health is simply a series of healthy habits performed consistently over time.

In this 21 Day Fit Lifestyle Challenge we will be forming the habits and awareness necessary to live fit and healthy for a lifetime, because the journey doesn’t end after 21 days; it’s a daily practice.

Build a strong foundation in the basics, practice mindfulness, and you can say good-bye to quick fixes and trendy diets for good.

We will be focusing on one pillar of wellness per week. Throughout the journey we will be stacking these healthy habits. Each week builds upon the next so by the end of 21 days you are moving your body daily, eating healthy, and practicing mindfulness everyday. All the practices are time efficient and can be done anywhere with minimal equipment.

NOVEMBER IS THE PERFECT TIME FOR A JUMPSTART

When the weather gets cooler and the days get shorter it becomes easy to slack on our fitness. This is an optimal time to lay the foundation for healthy habits. The holiday craziness will be here before you know it. Lay the foundation and set yourself up for success by committing or recommitting to your goals and intentions early on and staying fit and mindful throughout the busy holiday season.

Week 1: Movement

Everyday you will receive a video with a workout, mobility, or yoga flow you can do anywhere with minimal equipment to build a strong, mobile, and balanced body. You can continue your regular workouts as well. These exercises are intended to revitalize your body, build awareness, and prevent injury so you can continue doing the things you enjoy.

Week 2: Healthy Eating

Receive nutrition guidelines, grocery shopping list, recipes, and daily tips for meal prepping and mindful eating.

The focus of this module to tune into your body and find what foods and eating practices work well for your body, goals, and lifestyle.

Week 3: Mindfulness

Explore meditative practices such as pranayama (breath control), journaling, guided meditations, and tips and techniques for a calm and focused mind.
