I believe life is a great adventure and we must be fit for the journey. Being fit is about more than your dress size. It’s about feeling good physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually so you can continue to do the things you love and be of service to others and the planet.

I design customized mobility and wellness programs for individuals and companies that improve movement quality, enhance focus and self-awareness, build healthy habits for a lifetime, foster a connection to nature, and help one access their true nature and unlimited potential.

I believe many people have no idea how good they are capable of feeling and what they are capable of accomplishing.

Kelly’s Roots in Fitness & Wellness

I have always considered myself to be a student of the body, mind, and the art of living well. 

I grew up on 18 acres in the woods in Annapolis, Maryland. I spent my childhood taking care of horses, mucking stalls, tossing hay bales, and working out to my Mom's Buns of Steel tapes since we didn't have cable.

My first job was working at a gym when I was 16 years old. I became a certified personal trainer by the time I was 18 and a published health and fitness writer in college. After graduating I went on to complete my Masters Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. 

Over the years I have embarked on various movement and self-discovery journeys. I was a Division 1 lacrosse player at Johns Hopkins, marathon runner, and a professional bodybuilder (IFBB Bikini Division) before becoming a wellness and transformation coach specializing in mobility, mindfulness, and wellness in the workplace. 

I had reached many of my athletic goals- D1 lacrosse, marathon runner, IFBB Bikini Pro and Bikini Olympian, but I wasn’t truly healthy or fulfilled.

In my mid-twenties I had reached many of my athletic and career goals, but I was unfulfilled, unhealthy (despite looking like the picture of health) due to restrictive diets and rigid training programs. I felt disconnected from others and my authentic Self. 

From years of being an athlete and pushing my body to perform and look a certain way I had movement deficiencies, tightness and mobility restrictions, as well as mental and emotional pain from anxiety.

I had an inner calling to set out on a quest and I answered the call. 

I sold all my belongings and spent months in nature- hiking, living on a sailboat for a a few months, learning to surf, diving deep into yoga and meditation, and exploring various methods and practices for healing and personal development. I continued my quest by traveling abroad for six months before transitioning from living in Los Angeles to North County San Diego in the fall of 2018. 

I went on a journey and got back to basics and out in nature. I started to care more about helping others and the planet than reaching a new PR or trying to look a certain way. I rebuilt myself from the inside out starting with my mindset and values.

During my quest I learned from nature and got back to basics. I discovered new techniques and practices to heal from the inside out. I experienced different cultures and started to care more about helping others and the planet than my insecurities.

With patience and practice I started to feel myself coming back to life; truly alive, healthy, and fulfilled. It is my mission to share these practices with others in my coaching and consulting business. 

My mission is to guide individuals towards vitality, longevity, personal fulfillment, and a more harmonious work-life. I aim to promote balance and prevent burnout. 

I provide educational seminars, movement, and mindfulness in the workplace and create customized wellness programs for individuals to improve mobility and movement quality, increase self-awareness, and build healthy habits for a lifetime. 

I created Elemental Conditioning, a mobility and mindfulness practice for body, mind, and planet to help people get back to basics, back to nature, and do anything...only better. I offer community Elemental Conditioning classes such as Mobility Flow and Natural Reset, a workshop to promote balance and prevent burnout in Encinitas, California on a regular basis and provide private training.

Even though it's been over a decade in the fitness and wellness industry I feel there is still so much to learn. I love that! The journey never ends.
